The Man Behind the Bowtie
Michael is a professional animator, motion designer, writer, and artist. A Massachusetts native from a working-class background, he is the first in his family to attend college.
Ever the curious and life-long learner, he went through a long, windy, and horrendously expensive track through higher education, earning multiple degrees in Animation, English Writing & Literature, Religious Studies, and a minor in Gender Studies thrown in too, because you know, why not? He hopes all this makes him seem worldly and well-rounded and wicked smaht.
A storyteller at heart, Michael has always searched for ways to convey meaningful narratives to audiences, whereby he can touch hearts, bring laughter, and help us all endure the horrors of the “real world” with poignant escapism. That is, whenever he remembers to update his online presence.
He also loves dogs, bowties, dismantling the patriarchy, and The Golden Girls reruns.
